Nikos Gkouzgkounis
Born in Larissa, Greece, I grew up inspired by the rich traditions of Greek cuisine. After testing my skills in Athens and across the Greek Islands, I moved to the Netherlands in 2008, studying gastronomy and working in diverse kitchens. Now based in Amsterdam, I’m passionate about sharing authentic Greek flavors and hospitality through Romios Taverna.
